What was the most common career characteristic/factor shared by the 5 people you interviewed?

    The most common characteristic/factor shared between the 5 people were that you enjoy your job/career. Another was that the salary is enough to support yours & your families needs.

    3 out of 5 said that you need money out of the job. 4 out of 5 said that you need to enough the job to. 1 out of 5 said that education was important to.

  5. The most common characteristic/ factor that was shared by the five people that i interviewed was to enjoy the job that you choose cause if you dont like the job then it will be dreadful and long because usually you get stuck with for along time.

    The most common characteristic shared by the five people I interviewed was that I need to be happy with what I am doing. If I am not please with the material I have to work with everyday, I am likely to not do as well as I could or maybe even quit all together. One of the five people i interviewed said "Do what you love, and love what you do."

  8. I think that the most common characteristic into finding a job or career is finding a job that you actually like and will commit yourself to. Out of the 5 people I interview 4/5 had said to do something you love to do because if you don't like the job you're doing it would be miserable and you wouldn't even want to do it.

    I have noticed that all of the people that I interviewed said to do what you want to do so you do not dread your day or night at work also so you can pay your bills that you will need to pay and buy groceries to eat and have clothes to wear

    The most common career characteristic that I found from interviewing 5 people was they looked for most of the same things when they were finding their job.
    The major one was "Does it pay good?" And most of the jobs I found they did pay good.

    the most common thing i seen was that they wanted a good job so they would have more money and so they would actually stay in that job instead of going job to job by either quitting or getting fired and they wanted to have a good eduction for that job that they wanted so that is what i most seen...!!!! <3

  59. The most similar characteristic between the 5 people was wanting to have a job that was enjoyable, so it would make your life better. But another thing was most didn't want to have the job they had currently. Even though they have an enjoyable career was important to them.

    The most important characteristic in my interviews were the enjoyment, but with enjoyment you want to make enough money to support yourself and family. When you pick your career, you dont want to pick one because of the money. You will be bored with you job; instead you want to pick a career that you want and are interested in.

    The most common characteristic that the 5 people I interviewed said was, you have to get a job that has good hours, or good shifts. example- you cant get a job that makes you work long days, like 4:30 till 8 at night, or working the night shift.
